About Me

Can you see it when you look at me?
The soul of the bohemian, burning in my eyes…
The heart of a hippie, pounding in my chest…
The spirit of a faerie, dancing in and around my brain…
And that mermaid’s tail, the one I have kept so carefully hidden for such a long time–it no longer hides and neither do I…but you can find us both whipping along like mad on the waves of Imagination.

This is me.

The basics are:  I live with the love of my life, plus my three children, two crazy dogs, two crazier cats, one ancient gerbil no longer bent on taking over the world since his brother passed, and an ever-fluctuating number of fresh water aquarium fish.

This is me in a nutshell.  Mother.  Student.  Teacher.  Artist.  Writer.  Priestess,  in no particular order…

I am a mixed media artist.  After a couple of years of online classes, I am working hard to forget everything, or there about, that I have learned and just explore being my own True Artist.

I am a writer.  I have been writing for more than thirty years at this point.  Poetry.  Fiction.  Essays.  Non-fiction.  Technical documents.  Workshops.  Prompts.  You name it.

I am an Initiated High Priestess with well over twenty years experience.  I am also an ordained non-denominational minister, since 2001.

So, who am I?

I could fill a large box with all the titles of who I am and what I do…but how does any of that apply to you?

I am a journey creatrix.
This is what I do.  This is what I love.

My job, as I see it, is to help you find the best ways to help you.

My main purpose for showing up in the world:
I may build communities–I may lead communities–but my main purpose is to teach people how to help themselves.
