FAQs and Policies

No refunds will be given at all on any digital product.
No exceptions.

There are no refunds on any product or service for any reason given without prior written permission from store management.
If you have an issue that requires a refund, contact us immediately so we can discuss your issue.
You must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your item if you are seeking a refund.
We will not refund any portion of your money under any circumstance if you do not contact us.
If you return something to us without written consent, you will not receive a refund.
We will not reimburse for shipping at any time.

Reasons for accepted refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds are accepted or rejected based solely upon management’s discretion.

**Shipping Policies
For digital/electronic media, please allow 24-48 hours for delivery via the email address you provide.

All prices in this store are set in US dollar amounts.

**Your Email Address
Your email address never goes any farther than your purchase with me, or your email to me. I do not collect email addresses for any reason. I am not collating a list. You will not be automatically signed up for the newsletter, nor anything else. If you want to follow me, you can sign up on my blog to do so. I still won’t need, have access to or use your email address in any way.

Reading FAQs 

*  An email reading consists of you asking one single question.  You can send as little or as much information as you like.  If you ask more than one question, I will choose the one that resonates most with me and answer that one.
If you want more than one question answered, you will need to purchase a reading for each question, separately.
If you have a follow up question, or more than one, you will need to purchase a separate reading for each of those questions.
One reading = one question.  Nothing more.
You are able to purchase multiple readings (ask multiple questions, each paid for individually) and put all the questions in a single email.  Please let me know this is what you are doing when you place your order.

*  There are no refunds on readings once I have sent a response.
If you are not happy with your reading, please understand, I put in the time and effort, using my skills and training to create your reading.  I deserve to be paid for that.

*  Readings are not writ in stone.  Things change.  Circumstances change.  The Universe changes.
Readings are meant for guidance only.  I am not predicting the future. I am giving you guidance about what comes up surrounding your question.
I am not responsible for your actions.  If you ask me if you will ace your next test and I say yes, and then you don’t study for that test–that is all on you.  You are responsible for your own actions.
With all due respect, I do not accept responsibility for any of your choices, actions, etc, after a reading.

*  I will not work on a reading until payment is complete.

*  I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
If you have already paid for your reading, I will of course refund your money in full.

*  I usually try to have your reading complete and emailed to you within three days; however, it may take up to a week (7 business days) to do so, depending on circumstances.  I will give you an estimate on response delivery, but if an emergency crops up, I will notify you immediately.
I do not work on the week-ends.  I do not respond to emails nor do readings on Saturdays or Sundays.

*  I am not a doctor nor licensed medical professional.  I do not give medical advice.
