Riding The Magic Mushroom

In the middle of 2015, I started to think about the new direction this Wednesday prompt series.

I started to think about what I wanted and what I needed from a class or a prompt journey or a challenge.

I looked at the classes I have grown tired of, that I have out-grown, and those that I have truly embraced and embodied.

I looked at what I want to do on a daily and on a weekly basis.

And I asked myself, if I were going to take a whole bunch of family members, friends, students and/or clients along with me for the time of their lives…where would I take them?

Why…the most amazing place ever: Wonderland.

There is something about following that White Rabbit that had me from Hello…and not just because I would follow Neo anywhere.

Now then, to business.

Everyone who enters into Wonderland enters into different areas, different spaces, so everyone sees Wonderland in different ways.

Since we all see Wonderland differently, how we interact with the coming prompts will be open to individual desires and talents.  I will provide a prompt each week…and you follow it wherever it takes you, in whatever way it takes you.  I will not provide very detailed or explicit prompts.  All genres of Alice In Wonderland are welcome.  Any interpretation of Alice in Wonderland is accepted and acceptable.

I pulled Alice references from the books Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, by Lewis Carroll–The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor–Alice In Wonderland movies by Disney–Once Upon A Time In Wonderland on ABC, and Alice by Sy Fy…as well as the soundtracks for Alice In Wonderland directed by Tim Burton.

Enjoy yourself with these prompts. That is my only goal.
